Privacy policy

JobWeMet ("we") helps you compare your CV with job descriptions and prepare application documents. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your Google account name and email address, used to sign you in.
• CVs and job descriptions you upload or paste, and the documents we generate from them.
• Payment status from our payment gateway. We never see or store card or UPI details.

How we use it

• To score your CV against jobs and generate your CV, cover letter and messages.
• To email you your documents and keep your job tracker.
• CV and job text is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce your results. It is not used to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded CVs and generated files are deleted automatically 30 days after creation. You can delete all your CVs, jobs and files at any time from Settings → Delete my data.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run JobWeMet (hosting, AI processing, email, payments).
