Automatic credit refunds

• Scorecards are free - a credit is used only when you choose to enhance a CV.
• Bulk "Run automation": jobs that score below the match threshold are not enhanced and their credit is returned to your wallet.
• Bulk "Enhance": you pick the jobs, so a credit is used for each one whatever its score.
• If a link can't be read or generation fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically.

Money refunds

• Unused credits can be refunded to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase.
• Used credits are not refundable, because the documents have already been generated.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
